Heat and thermo–chemical treatment

Heat treatment in a controlled endothermic atmosphere:

quenching and tempering, and diffusion processes - RTPFQ furnaces:

- working dimension 800 x 500 x 300 mm; - - - batch weight 200 kg, maximum process temperature 910 oC.

Heat treatment in vacuum, only quenching of high-speed steel and high-temperature annealing of any steel:

- working dimension 800 x 500 x 250 mm, charge weight 180 kg, maximum operating temperature 1,400 oC.

Tempering, low-temperature annealing in a nitrogen atmosphere:

- working dimension 800 x 500 x 350 mm, charge weight 250 kg, maximum operating temperature 700 oC.

Nitriding is carried out in soaking pits with the following working chamber dimensions:

diameter 500 mm, height 700 mm, charge weight 250 kg.
